Chromalight is a bit . disappointing. I've had my first Rolex, an Explorer I, for about three weeks now. I'm head over heels in love with it but there's one area where the watch falls flat. That's in the lume category.

I have a GMT 2 with the green lume, and a DJ41 with the Chromalight, the Chromalight "glows" much longer than the green lume in my experience; That being said, the Chromalight is superior in my opinion. The Chromalight lume technology sets a new standard for luminosity in the dark.
