Hi all, I Rebuild a Walkera Scout-X4 a while ago but got stuck with the original . My Devo RX1202 receiver might be faulty so I would like to try an alternative. . My Devo RX1202 receiver might be faulty so I would like to try an alternative. What other 12-channels receivers will work with Deviation? The only thing I've seen so far is that the Devo 7E has a low transmit power (10mW) instead of the 100 mW available on the other Devo models. I already own the 7E but I'm currently building a CX450 that I would like to use the rx701 with.
Is there anyway Deviation can create more than 12 channels for the Devo-10 or is it limited by the hardware? I'm using SBUS to a PixHawk and have run out. Now. A 4 channel plane can sometimes use 5 channels if you do not use a Y cable on the ailerons. This allows you to trim them independently, as well as program flaperons etc. Not to mention that at some point you will want to move the RX into another plane, and you might need more channels for gear, flaps etc. _____
