I have a Breitling Aerospace that was purchased in 2002. I have replaced the battery many times, but my question is: How long will the watch continue to function once the display begins flashing? I have all LED displays/sounds off to . The low battery warning on the B-1 is for EOL (End of Life) to be displayed on the upper display and the lower display to flash. If both displays are flashing, this may be a sign of something more serious. Either way, a visit to the AD should sort things out. Hi, I'm the proud owner (and now worried!) owner of a B-1. The backlighting has stopped working and the LCDs have started flashing. While at the "off" position, the upper LCD is displaying a "UEL" message. I've had the watch for just about 2 years.
The top display will show "R" and the bottom display shows the time, (an hour behind the time the hands show) allowing the time to be set using the usual controls. At this point, press the top button and the word "BAT" flashes up in the top window. here is a video of what issue i am having. the minutes hand is slowing down during time adjustment, at arbitrary places around the dial. after i set analog time to the digital time correctly, the analog time starts lagging behind the digital time (digital time still keeps very well).

Vielmehr blinkt die Digitalanzeige durchgehend, bevor die Uhr komplett "tot" ist. Ich habe die Anzeigen der B-1 vor etwa einer halben Stunde erneut synchronisiert und die digitale UTC-Zeitanzeige im Display angezeigt gelassen. Der Sekundenzeiger sowie die Digitalsekunden liefen absolut synchron. Last night, my co-pilot module display started flashing, a steady pulse about 1 per second. I fiddled with it, thinking I might have put it into the time adjust mode, or the chronometer maxed out, or something, but no luck. It still functions fine, just flashing.
