I have the Datejust 41 Blue dial 126300 with Jubilee. It was purchased from a Rolex dealer who advised that the Blue Dial is the most sought after and would make the best . I have the Datejust 41 Blue dial 126300 with Jubilee. It was purchased from a Rolex dealer who advised that the Blue Dial is the most sought after and would make the best investment choice for avoiding high depreciation etc. As for the datejust I think much the same way as you do. It’s just a watch; strip away the hype and you have a competent design with some advantages and some disadvantages.
Rolex DateJust options. I've 99% decided on a Datejust for my next watch to mark a milestone birthday this summer but as it's difficult to try the exact variations I'm looking at on side by side (even in pre-COVID restriction free times) I cannot make up my mind which to go for.
